The South Bluffs office was wonderful about communicating with us via email and making sure we had everything we needed as soon as we returned. " I have moved to South Bluffs two years ago and could not have found a better place in Memphis. I was immediately greeted with a "Welcome!" and that feeling has not left.

The office staff is caring and super efficient. They create gatherings for special events and everyone feels as if they are a part of a big family."

"The apartments are spacious and well designed and the location is excellent; I am able to walk along the Tennessee River each day using the River Walk. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is something blossoming in each season! I have dogs and it truly is wonderful to be in the animal loving environment. My dogs already know that when we visit the office that they get a doggie treat. Of course there is a pool and an awesome workout building. "We are going on our fourth year at South Bluffs and would not think of moving to any other rental property. Staff is super and pools and exercise room are simply great. Staff addresses problems immediately and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. Maintenance crew correct problems immediately and without a hassle.
